Project: Multimedia sales presentation
Client: GE Security and Beijing Olympic Committee
Challenge: Create an easy-to-use sales presentation that contains more than 100 case studies and includes information in both Chinese and English throughout.
Approach: When beginning any project it is critical that everyone understands how and where the information will be used. This project was unique since the audience was comprised of both Chinese-only and English-only viewers. On top of that, we had a massive amount of content (160 PowerPoint slides and 100 case study documents).
The design and technology teams determined that Flash would be the best method to build and present the information. The vast amount of information needed to be balanced with creative energy. Flash offered the best performance—allowing the team to introduce sounds and animations and maintain ease of use. The presentation was a huge success. Afterward, we were asked to build additional presentations for other GE sales channels. |
