Challenge: Working on a site as large as GE's required learning many new technologies and procedures. Workflow, content management and approval methods were some of the more challenging aspects of these projects. While working on this account from 2001 to 2005, I gained more experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Web marketing techniques such as rich media e-mail, landing pages and direct mail.

Approach: Remember that the customer's experience is what matters most. As the lead designer/manager, I provided usability consulting, art direction, project management and Web maintenance. Some of the sections that I am most proud to be involved with are:
